Services

To ensure accessibility, my services take place in a range of community and natural settings throughout Greater Victoria, Sooke, and the Cowichan Valley.

Walk-and-Talk Counselling

$100 for a 60-minute nature-based session. The initial session will occur virtually.

$120 for an 80-minute session.

Walk-and-talk counselling is offered year-round in natural settings like forest trails, beaches, and creek sides—for children (9+), youth, and adults. As a certified nature-based practitioner, I support individuals navigating anxiety, grief, depression, family dynamics, emotional overwhelm, and attachment wounds.

In this approach, nature is more than a backdrop—it becomes a co-therapist, helping to regulate the nervous system and create a sense of safety and calm.

Sessions blend mindful movement, somatic awareness, reflective dialogue, and nature-based metaphors. This embodied, client-centred style meets people where they’re at—gently fostering connection, insight, and healing in rhythm with the natural world.

Virtual & Telephone Counselling

$90 for a 60-minute session

Virtual and phone counselling offers flexible, accessible support for youth and young adults who may not be able to attend in-person sessions. While we’re not outdoors together, nature remains central to the work through somatic practices, guided visualizations, and breath-based grounding. Clients are invited to connect with nature imagery, body awareness, and their inner landscapes. This approach supports regulation, healing, and connection, especially when dealing with anxiety, grief, or disconnection. Sessions are tailored to each individual, ensuring care remains effective, relational, and rooted—no matter the setting.

It’s not about the counselling or what you do—it’s about the connection we have.

Child & Youth Outreach (Ages 9-19)

$100 for a 60-minute individual session

Child and Youth Outreach (Ages 9–19) offers flexible, drop-in style support that meets young people where they are at—whether in schools, cafes, parks, or community spaces. These are not formal counselling sessions, but relational check-ins focused on immediate needs, emotional support, and connection to resources.

These check-ins also support children and youth in developing healthy relationships, setting boundaries, and rebuilding trust with peers, adults, and family members.
