About Me

Hi, and welcome!

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care and am completing my Master’s in Child, Youth, Family, and Community Studies. I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor in good standing (#3930) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada and hold certifications in nature-based therapy.

With over six years of experience as a child and youth care practitioner and youth and family outreach counsellor, I offer flexible, outreach-based services including walk-and-talk counselling and life skill development. I support school-aged children (9+), youth, and adults across Greater Victoria, Sooke, and the Cowichan Valley.

Whether we meet on a forest trail, by the ocean, or in a community setting, I aim to co-create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you navigate life’s complexities.
